The increasing demand for management consultants has been reflected in the growth of the number of consultancies. But which to choose? A bad choice can so easily lead to wasted expenditure and worse. Our experience leading major public sector organisations was that the choice of a household name consultancy did not necessarily guarantee quality. What counted were the skills and expertise of the individual consultant employed on the assignment. That is why we believe it is important that from the outset you know who it is will be working with your organisation.

Enid Rowlands- our Managing Consultant has a background in training, corporate and business development and economic regeneration. She is also National Trustee for Wales of the RNID, a member of the North Wales Police Authority, the General Medical Council and a UK Board Member of Consumer Focus.

Her career has included posts of Chief Executive of a Training and Enterprise Council, Managing Director of the Welsh Development Agency in North Wales, Chair of the North Wales Health Authority and of the National Council of Education & Learning Wales. Enid previously served for a number of years as a member of the S4C Television Authotity and the BBC's Broadcasting Council for Wales.

Other Board or Advisory appointments have included the UK Training Standards Council, the Prince's Trust Council for Wales, British Telecommunications & Equal Opportunities Commission's Committees for Wales.

Huw Vaughan Thomas,  our other Principal Consultant, has successfully led major change management exercises in multi-sited organisations. He also has a wealth of experience in public policy work related to economic development and regeneration.
